Get Creative and Talk!

Get Creative  is a  major celebration of the nation’s arts, culture and creativity led by the  BBC  and  What Next?  in collaboration with  Voluntary Arts,  64 Million Artists,   Fun Palaces   and others, including What Next? Chapters across the UK. Everyone is invited to get involved and share their creative talents.

Get Creative will launch on 19 February 2015 with a week of debates and activity across the BBC and around the UK and will last for 12 months – potentially a tremendous springboard for the arts, for culture and for creativity. The campaign will culminate in a celebratory weekend over 20 and 21 February 2016.

So you will have a chance to Get Creative and upload your artworks, whether they are performances, craft works, music tracks, pictures or photographs, to social media using the hashtag  #bbcgetcreative.

If you’re lucky, your creativity may even get showcased on the BBC Get Creative website or elsewhere, online, on radio or on TV.

What Next Norfolk? is actively involved in Get Creative and  will pass on any opportunities as they arise. This is a great chance to advocate for  the value of the arts.
